Subject:    GitHub outage affected buildbot builds

GitHub had a "major service outage" for the past 20 minutes ago, which =
has just been resolved.

Our buildbot has been busy for the past 6 days building all the perl5.26 =
modules. As those builds are finishing and the buildbot is trying to =
work through the backlog of builds, these were failing because of the =
GitHub outage with the error "fatal: could not read Username for =
'https://github.com': Device not configured". These builds will have to =
be rescheduled.
