I think "Sectioned Bibliography" is the keyword you are interested in.
There is documentation for this in the
"Additional Features" manual (help->additional features), and also on the
wiki, see:
http://wiki.lyx.org/BibTeX/Tips#secbib
In addition, you can also check the list archives. I used a sectioned
bibliography for a paper I recently submitted,
so if you run into trouble with this, feel free to ask questions.
