I use the doipubmed package with aplike bibtex files (\usepackage{doipubmed} in the \
preamble) and I use the \citeurl{http://...} command in the note={} or \
howpublished={} bibtex elements. The hyperref package is selected (lyx 1.6.4), and \
the pdf links work.
