Thanks Jean-Marc.

The class IgnoreFormats is instantiated at start of lyx run, I suppose.

What I would like to have
1.) A  possibility to initialize the variables from preferences, (or session)
2.) A dialog (very alike our CharacterUi.ui) to be used to call setIgnoreFormat()

I don't feel comfortable with programming these sorts of things, but I don't insist
if it is too much work ...
