I've committed something that removes the hardcoding in LyX itself
(not tex2lyx) and checks for all involved languages. Uwe, please test.

What needs to be done is to place an error message somewhere if
(!features.hasOnlyPolyglossiaLanguages &&
features.hasPolyglossiaExclusiveLanguages).
