MiKTeX deliver since today the fixed tex4ht packages and its own zip.exe. Please test it out. I now 
get an odt-file, but it is always empty. Attached is a TeX-file. When you run oolatex on it, what 
result do you get and can it be opened with OpenOffice?

No, as MiKTeX has now its own.
