An old bibliography bug, it shows target 1.4.0, with severity Major. It's 
presented as a "regression."

The bug description is vague, but as far as I can tell, there's nothing wrong 
with HEAD's bibliography, at least in QT.

Nothing turned up on the lyx-devel search for 940 or "bibliography is 
goosed"...
Can we close this bug?
