I know there is a product called "Framemaker+SGML" (for the tiny cost of around \
$3,000... :-D ). Maybe you could use it to export to SGML (DocBook), then use \
Openjade to convert to TeX and from there hopefully tex2lyx will take care... Didn't \
test it though.
