What about assembling a contrib package, because on OS/2 another file
is missing, which I did include in my old bin package (from old Old
README.OS2):
Note1: I included 'render.ps', which is needed by this special
----- version of ghostscript to render bitmap images of Type1
fonts for
Xdvi/2, as Xdvi can call gsftopk and display postscript. Move
it to a
directory, where the other *.ps helper files for ghostscript
reside, so that ghostscript can find it.
Easiest solution would be to include this file in LyX source
distribution and move it to a OS/2 subdirectory (no bloat: 2 kbyte)
Regards,
Arnd
