Cluster File Systems, Inc. announces a Lustre Training and Certification
Session to be held for three days in Tokyo from June 7-9, 2006.

-Location-
The session will be held at the Hyatt in Shinjuku.  Additional  
details about the location will be provided at a later date.

- The Lustre Architecture Overview
- Components in a Lustre Systems
- Lustre Feature Overview
- Architecting and Profiling
- Storage Benchmarking

** Day 2 (June 8, 2006): Lustre Administration
- Configuration Update (Lustre 1.6)
- Using mountconf (Lustre 1.6)
- Managing & Troubleshooting
- Gathering and Filing Bugs
- Using CFS Support Resources

** Day 3 (June 9, 2006): Advanced Administration + Certification Exam
- Installation, Configuration and Administration of a Lustre Environment
- Architecting a Lustre System`
- Managing Failover
- Troubleshooting Performance
- Performance Monitoring
- CFS Lustre Certification Examination

-Details-
- Cost: $2,000 for the full 3 day session (unless separate  
arrangements have been made).
- Payment is required at the time of reservation.
- Payment options: purchase orders, corporate or personal checks, or
credit card via paypal (paypal@clusterfs.com).
- Payment arrangements (payment or PO) must be made in advance.
- Classes are limited to 25 people.
- Sessions will begin at 9am each day.
- Lunch will be provided.
