Hello

It take 40s to launch a workstation to the graphic login and 20s to
launch
GNOME.

But when i try to start 2 workstation at the same time there is
differents
options:
    - one start and the other does not.
    - one start the other too, the first stop the second one continue.
    - one start the other too and they freeze both.
If I start one wait that GNOME run and after start the other, the both
run
slowly (very very very slowly).
It takes over 10 minuts to start a basic application. If I want to start

StarOffice 5.2 it does'nt take about 30s
like with a classic computer but more than 10 or 15minutes. And if I try
to
start SO52 on the first workstation
and Mozilla on the other one the both workstations will freeze totally.

In all the case the server does'nt work hard (unless I start SO52 during
a
short time) and the traffic on the lan is
low unless the worksations boot or launch a big application.

Thanks for your help.

 Best Regards

Hello!

I try to built my own kernel for my NIC but the kernel does'nt set up
the NIC.
The kernel is loaded by Etherboot and TFTP but the NIC is not configure.

I try the "DECchip Tulip (dc21x4x) PCI support" in the kernel config
like in your config.tulip file found
in the "lts_kernel_tulip-2.0-0.i386.rpm" on your site.
So can you tel me witch driver must i use???

I use the kernel sources of the RH6.2 .

Best Regards
