Alfredo,

Now, it appears that you have set UI_MODE to 'CHAR' instead
of 'GUI'.

You need to leave UI_MODE as GUI, and the default run level at '3'
and you should just get a '#' as the prompt.

Then, you should be able to run start_ws as described earlier.
