uploaded a new ltspfs branch to launchpad. hopefully we won't have to
move it again. info for downloading the branch available here:

 https://code.launchpad.net/~ltsp-upstream/ltsp/ltspfs-trunk

mostly, it's just a few small patches from scotty's branch to finish up
the cdpinger in C rewrite, and a patch to exit ltspfsmounter if
/dev/fuse isn't writeable.
