Hello Sichendra,

to find out the difference between the two boxes you might consider 
this:

The work stations (ws) FIX and GOOD:

- - do both of them have the same settings in their BIOS (especially
   concerning RAM)?
- - do both of them have the same onboard jumper settings (especially
   CPU clock)?
- - do both of them have the network card using the same slot?

Left over from other postings:
Did you try to use only 16 Mb of RAM?
