"__user" also does not belong anywhere in userspace.  and copying chunks of 
headers into source files seems like a really bad idea.

really we need to make a statement.  either people need to have development 
files that are not completely broken, or ltp has to basically implement its 
own libc and kernel headers.  of course i favor the former approach ... but 
all this half-assin around in random tests is garbage.
