Peter,

True. The issue is with my tool chain 4.4.3. I switched back 4.4.0 tool
chain. With the patches provided to you, GCOV work well..!!
Let me try contacting some one in my team, who has insight in tool chain
code to provide gcov patches for 4.4.3 version.
