Of course. That was the reason Canon got when their sales and technical
people visited after we had tested their printers for a week.

And the Xerox people also got to know that their printers did the right
thing, and of course we told them how much Canon sucked and how Canon had
to run home with the tail between their legs. They enjoyed that story.

HP were to cheap to send any sales/technicians.
