Subject:    LPRng: ifhp not setting duplex mode for hp8150

Problem was a typo in the ifhp.conf file.

I wanted to use:  pjl_user_opts += [ ... ] and had
                  pjl_user_opts  - [ ... ]
and since the duplex entry was not in the list, no duplex
was put into the output file.

Fixed in next release.
