So the import from csv works, but the implementation does not seem to work. 

In other words, when I open the slot manager, the slot shows up with the section \
restrictions as per my csv, but the restricted slots are restricted from all \
students, even those in the section specified for that slot.

For example, students in section 3 can only see slots with no section restrictions on \
them, but they cannot see the slots which are specifically set up as reserved for \
students in section 3. And that is true regardless of the section.

Unless I am doing something wrong, or misunderstanding the way the slots work. Which \
is always a possibility.
