Yep. height, width, and linktext

The linktext is also used as the title to the popup window.

So
<window width="650" height="850" linktext="More Info">
   Text to display in popup.
</window>

When printing a resource containg this tag it does get turned into a
LaTeX \footnote{}

I've also updated the authoring manual so the documentation of
<window> includes this information.
