There is something strange going on, and I need help. This may be a signifi=
cant bug hidden
somewhere or maybe a one-time fluke.

We have a problem that asks the student to calculate their grade as a perce=
ntage given some
fake data. The student initially did not enter the grade using a percent si=
gn. Fine - she has two
trials that are wrong.

She then enters the correct answer 79.8%, but does not get recognition that=
 her answer is right
from LON-CAPA. The number of tries does not increment either. Try 3 was =93=
approx_ans=94 but her
problem stays with 2 tries.

The grading chart shows several trials  and then a whole bunch of attempts
to hit the submit button. Listed after trial 2 is trial 3, but listed right=
 after that is trial 2 again.
(screenshots may appear in later post, but were stopped because of size)

Any insights? This one is a bit disturbing. Is this a poorly coded problem =
causing issues or something
special with the % sign and how the browser is interacting?
