Status Listener configured from Java System property is lost when Configuration file \
                has scan="true" attribute.

When a status listener is registered by setting the "logback.statusListenerClass" \
Java system property, such as 

    java -Dlogback.statusListenerClass=ch.qos.logback.core.status.OnConsoleStatusListener \
...

AND

The logback configuration file is set to automatically re-configure, such as

    <configuration scan="true">
      ...
    </configuration>

The registered status listener is lost and not re-established whenever the \
configuration file is reloaded due to a detected change.
