We are using RollingFileAppender.
Sometimes when log level is changed the following error appears:

2009-04-26 16:08:09,459|log4j:ERROR Write failure.
2009-04-26 16:08:09,459|java.io.IOException: Stream closed
2009-04-26 16:08:09,459|	at sun.nio.cs.StreamEncoder.ensureOpen(Unknown

....

How can it be avoided?
