Lifecycle management should be orthogonal.

                 Key: LOG4J2-40
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LOG4J2-40
             Project: Log4j 2
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Ralph Goers

Curt added the comment to several methods in my branch. This comment needs more \
elaboration on how the "container" should start and stop the components without \
requiring those components to implement an interface. Is the suggestion meant to \
imply that there should be a Lifecycle interface that the interfaces in question \
extend?
