Hi,
We are facing a problem where the log4j.xml file is not being loaded properly 
by LogManager, when initially loaded. The file (log4j.xml) is in classpath. We 
tried replacing the log4j.xml with log4j.properties in the same folder and it 
is working fine. Also, log4j.xml is loading properly when I pass the VM 
argument "-Dlog4j.configuration=log4j.xml" to the program where the Log4j is 
used.
