Obviously, rblsmtpd is not working for Dan.  Indeed, check out

For the time being, rblsmtpd users could benefit from using
relays.msci.memphis.edu instead of relays.mail-abuse.org.  

relays.msci.memphis.edu is powered by rbldns (not much hardware I can
speak of, though), and axfr-gets relays.mail-abuse.org once every
hour.  For now, only one of the servers for relays.msci.memphis.edu
is used.  I'd like to see if it can handle the load alone.
