It might be a defect in the example (perhaps it meant to say &quot;error&quot; \
instead of &quot;OK&quot;), but my reading of the paragraph suggests that \
[p6.4](https://eel.is/c++draft/temp.func.order#6.4) should apply in the failing case. \
Alternatively, this is a spaceship issue, rather than a \
[P2113](http://wg21.link/P2113) one. </pre>
