           Summary: ADL failing for a template's base.
           Product: clang
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Macintosh
        OS/Version: MacOS X
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P
         Component: C++
        AssignedTo: unassignedclangbugs@nondot.org
        ReportedBy: dnljms@gmail.com
                CC: llvmbugs@cs.uiuc.edu, dgregor@apple.com

In the attached example clang fails to find 'operator>>' by ADL. It looks like
something isn't instantiated correctly, as either of the commented out lines
fix the problem.
