           Summary: [llvmgcc] __builtin_llvm_insert/extract/shufflevector
                    intrinsics would be nice
           Product: tools
           Version: 1.7
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P2
         Component: llvm-gcc
        AssignedTo: unassignedbugs@nondot.org
        ReportedBy: sabre@nondot.org

It would be nice to have an llvm-gcc builtin that maps to the LLVM insert/extract/shuffle vector
operations.

This effectively makes generic vectors much cleaner and easier to use.
