Summary: "time to run the LLVM optimizer" measures wallclock
                    time, not user time
           Product: Test Suite
           Version: trunk
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Nightly Tester
        AssignedTo: unassignedbugs@nondot.org
        ReportedBy: duraid@octopus.com.au

i'll probably fix this when I get a moment, but so I don't forget:

the "time to run the LLVM optimizer on each program" graph generated by the
nightly tester (e.g.
http://kinoko.c.u-tokyo.ac.jp/~builddonkey/running_Olden_opt_time_large.png )
plots wallclock time, not user time. this makes it look like something broke
today, when in fact it was just that the box was a bit loaded down today...
