yes.   I was running list of 50K with chunks of 25 or 50, and going 
to per-user body destroyed performance so we dropped back.

per-user body effectively reduces chunking to 1, meaning a separate 
SMTP session with one RCPT TO: from ecartis to the MTA fore each msg.
