need help if a users with above flags want send an email to the list. i don't want \
that ecartis answers with: ==

You are set NOPOST for this list.  Users who are set NOPOST cannot
post to the list.  This flag is usually used for disciplinary reasons.

Your post has been eaten.  It was crunchy, and tasted good with
ketchup.

You may wish to contact a list owner if you are unsure why you are
set NOPOST.

users shouldn't be able to post anything to the list. or better ... the could post - \
but without answer -> like blackhole ... which options (and flags) have i to set ?
