A Debian user repored a bug where the content-transfer-encoding was
changed from quoted-printable to 8bit without converting the message.

Looking at the code in unmime.c, this appears to happen when the it is
a single-part mime-encoded message.  I think the code to undo the
encoding should also be done in this case.
