It's not likely to have any effect on shmin given that it's SH-4
specific. I don't recall offhand if SH7706 includes extended aliasing
caches like SH7705 or not, but these patches can easily be extended as a
more generic solution to handle those cases too.

I'd be interested in various workloads, anything that stresses these
particular routines is of course of the most interest (you can use basic
profiling with readprofile to see which workloads end up being heavier in
this area than others).

Jamie suggested offlist that the busybox syslogd in IPC buffer mode is
something that accomplishes this, but I've not been able to reproduce his
problems yet on any of my boards.
