thanks alot for the info! i guess i wont buy the wrong cf card anymore!

pxe: i modified the kernel config to enable nfs, but it still doesn't 
work... would have been interessting to work on the soekris root fs on a 
"real" linux box. testing only... i think getting a cf card and a pcmcia 
thing is the only solution.
