Looks like the packets are brought into wrong order.
Don't ask me why.

The sbp2 driver was temporarily "disconnected" from the disk
node...

Looks like the ieee1394 mid level is now giving up on the disk
node. Hence the sbp2 driver prints the "Logged out" --- however
it did actually not have the opportunity to log out since the mid
level already cut the wire.

Unfortunately, the scsi mid level does not know yet that the disk
was "disconnected" and hence tries further IO. The scsi mid level
would only know if you issued a rescan-scsi-bus.sh (or if sbp2
was unloaded, or if you had the fine scsi hotplug patch in place,
or if you had kernel 2.6).

I can only guess but I think ohci1394 and the onboard host
controller do not play well together. Or the bus is electrically
unstable, or something...
