Setting the gap count is part of bus manager functionality which is not
yet implemented in the Linux 1394 stack.  The proper optimized value
depends on the bus topology, which is why the default of 63 is used.

Because it is dependent on the bus topology, providing a user interface
to set this would not be a very good thing.
