Hi all,

This quick series fixes a bug in the refcount code where we don't merge
records correctly if the refcount is hovering around MAXREFCOUNT.  This
fixes regressions in xfs/179 when fsdax is enabled.

If you're going to start using this mess, you probably ought to just
pull from my git trees, which are linked below.

This is an extraordinary way to destroy everything.  Enjoy!
