2357:0100 [Gigabyte 965P-DS3] USB Wifi TP-Link WN8200ND unstable
connection with access points, cannot associate to some other access
point

[2.] Full description of the problem/report:

Using the kernel 3.14.0-rc8 on AMD64 architecture, the Usb Wifi
dongle TP-Link WN8200ND (rtl8192cu driver) fails to associate to
some access points, if a connection is established the connection
is unstable (27% packet loss, where a laptop in the same location
achieves 0% packet loss using the same access point).
Trying to configure the Usb Wifi as an access point fails with
garbage in the syslog.

After some testing with 3.14-rc8:
* associating to the cellphone accesspoint does not always work
  and the syslog shows several attempts until it works
* if the association to the cellphone succeeded, it sometimes
  disconnects with traffic
* packet loss and ping times are bad (see below results for
  pinging my personal homepage (hosted in switzerland) via my
  cellphone accesspoint)
