Seems I fixed inbound with REORDER, but did not fix out bound.  I should
have a patch out this afternoon that fixes the outbound (soon as I can
shut down my wife's computer and boot it up on the dev kernel to test
:))

I do believe that there is something wrong with outgoing DHCP packets.
Just look what I have got in log files - Slack7.0/2.2.17/0.0.12 (that is
a machine with REORDER bit set on VLAN ID 3):

As you could see there is no DHCPREQUEST from client - I think DHCPOFFER
never reaches it.
