The configuration are as follows
 modprobe ip_vs_ftp
 ipvsadm -A   -t 10.4.43.238:21
 ipvsadm -a    -t  10.4.43.238:21 -r 192.168.1.3:21 -w 5 -m
 ipvsadm -a    -t  10.4.43.238:21 -r 192.168.1.4:21 -w 5 -m
