hi,

i've an asus P5A-B board with a miro PCTV card which in
general works very well with v4l for a long time.

nevertheless it seems that the autodetection is broken
(i think since 2.2.0) -> kernel logging:

kernel 2.2.1:
 tuner: tuner type not set
 bttv0: Brooktree Bt848 (rev 17) bus: 0, devfn: 72, irq: 11, memory: 0xe7800000.
 PCI: Enabling bus mastering for device 00:48
 bttv: 1 Bt8xx card(s) found.
 bttv0: model: BT848(Aimslab-VHX)

is that a known problem or a new feature? if that prob is known
i don't have to investigate more (e.g. exact kernel version which
introduces that problem, conflict with used dma kernel patch, ..)
