I would - but I think all the fr-* files are screwed.. they're not named after 
transmitters.. I found a few people on the list trying to use one file for 
the same area, but it was not working because they were actually pointing at 
different transmitters. 

I don't have the time to sort this out - if someone else wants to fix it, I'll 
happily commit it for them.
