Hi,

1) Connect the o/p of the Tv tuner card to the line in of the 
sound card.
2) modprobe tuner type=5 debug=1 (for Philips PAL)
3) modprobe bttv card=37 audiomux=1 (for PixelView PlayTv Pro Tv 
Tuner card)

This my settings. Change for u'rs accordingly.
