I'd actually rather have the warnings than a compile that "succeeds", but 
doesn't actually handle the cases correctly.

The STMT_INTERNAL might not matter (it's perfectly valid to throw it 
away), but at the very least it should complain about EXPR_PTRSIZEOF (such 
an expression should not exist any more by the time the tree has been 
expanded). And EXPR_SLICE really needs actual code.
