	Hello All, Got this one figured out .  in ../generic/tclPosixStr.c
	are a bunch of #ifdef's around signal definitions .  Well someone
	didn't know that under linux SIGPWR & SIGLOST are the same signal .
	I added a '#if (SIGPWR != SIGLOST)' ; '#endif' around each
	location of SIGPWR .  Then all compiled well .  Hth,  JimL
