A 1.9Mb 2.1.115 kernel (no modules, w/SCSI, ethernet & some file system
support) takes about 4 hours on my IPC (48Mb RAM, 5400 RPM Sun/Seagate
1.3Gb disk, RedHat 5.1, 2.1.115 kernel).
