I believe the PNY and Crucial SODIMM's will work. You just need a PC133
144PIN SODIMM. I used a MICRON SODIMM PART # MT16LSDF6464HG-133B2. Install
takes about 3 minutes.  Just a note, you will only have access to one of the
128MB Mem chips in the sony because the other is 128MB is onboard.
