I have an R505DL with 640MB of RAM. I just replaced the 128MB SODIMM
with a 512MB SODIMM. Everything works... I guess the best thing for you
to do is get access to a 512MB SODIMM and give it a try... Get it from a
store where you can take it back if it doesn't work...
