Subject: "unexpected IO-APIC" message
From: Bob McGowan <rmcgowan () jps ! net>
Date: 2001-06-27 6:09:42
[Download RAW message or body]

I have a new SMP PC system that is generating the message of the subject. I
have gotten it with both Debian running kernel 2.2.19pre17 and RedHat 7.1
running kernel 2.4.2-2 kernel. Let me know what additional detail you need and
I'll send it along.

I have the dmesg output for both systems below, separated by a line of =====

Bob McGowan
